Here is a first attemp to control a origami pattern with grasshopper and arduino:
I have start with a Waterbomb pattern, as you see in the image (don´t forget to create the array in base 8 if not the pattern will not work ¡¡¡¡), using a true, false, false, false, false. pattern.
Also in paper, this is an A3
Here you can see the arduino correspondence, I controlled it by the use of firefly and firefly firmdata for arduino. Is used a potentiometer, with ana analog out (0 to 1023), in grasshopper this number is remap between 0 and 160, I have a micro servo (PWM) with 160º maximum, and depending on the degree is send a high-low signal to the RGB Led.
